Paper Submission & Registration Details
1) First step: Upload the accepted paper to the conference system as soon as possible.
To upload the accepted papers:
- For Workshops: Find and click "Accepted Papers upload for workshopsNew" in the Hot menu of the conference, http://www.aicit.org/niss
After login, author can upload their accepted paper to the main conference system.
2) Second step: You will receive an acceptance letter from the main conference to your registered email address.
3) Third step: Upload the paper to IEEE system.
Authors can upload their paper to the IEEE using "online author kit" which is included on the acceptance letter. Authors have to upload their accepted paper to IEEE system by April 27, 2009.
4) Registration
Deadline for registration and Final paper upload to IEEE system (Workshops/ Invited Sessions)

- Deadline for final camera-ready paper submission to IEEE system: April 27

Paper Submission details
Submit a full paper (IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style: 8.5" x 11", Two-Column Format, DOC only), including figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page. You can confirm the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: URL:

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.

Proceedings
All accepted papers will be included in the NISS 2009 main conference proceedings published by IEEE CS. Authors of selected outstanding papers
will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in an International Journals.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (IEEE CS). At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.
