Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers for the workshop through Easy chair ( https://www.easychair.org/login.cgi?conf=netcom2010 ) by May 20, 2010. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this workshop. The workshop proceeding will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) with main conference proceedings.
Submit a full paper (CPS proceedings Manuscripts style: 8.5" x 11", Two-Column Format, DOC only), including figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page. You can confirm the CPS Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: URL:

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.

Proceedings
All accepted papers will be included in the NetCoM main conference proceedings published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS). Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in an International Journal (Pending).
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.
